click for detailThis is a two-piece ornate butsudan with shumidan, or small altar stand inside. With two drawers in the interior of the upper section, two in the upper part of the base and one across the bottom of the base. Two sliding doors reveal more space in the base. The offering tray slides out. Wood carved details with gold leaf. Outside black urushi lacquered with engraved metal fittings.
